LMRC Charter Launch

Local groups are falling over themselves to sign up for the LMRC Charter, recently launched at our
2018 conference.

It’s aimed at showing the support we have for the rail link from local organisations, businesses and
voluntary groups. We’ve already had a petition with 12,500 signatures from our local public and the
charter will show the enthusiasm business etc have for it.

The charter states simply: We want the reinstatement of the Levenmouth Rail Link and adds our
four main objectives:

  1. to bring about the regeneration of the Levenmouth area and promote economic growth.
  2. To protect the environment and improve health
  3. To promote and create opportunities and social inclusion
  4. To improve connectivity
  5. Every group/business/organisation that signs up will be featured on our new website
and social media. There’s no cost involved.

media. There’s no cost involved.

It’s simple to sign up for the Charter – just drop us an email with contact details to
info@levenmouth.co.uk and we’ll do the rest. We’ve also got our great volunteers going out in the
area over the next few weeks so you may well have already been approached.
