Hospitality entrepreneur Lee Murray, proprietor of McPhails, Base and Truth establishments in
Leven was the first to sign up to the Charter. He was presented with his certificate by LMRC
members Cllr Ryan Smart and Ross Bennett. Lee commented: “ The rail link will allow better
connectivity to people wanting to visit Levenmouth so they can enjoy the many opportunities for
socialising, whether it be for dining, having a drink or enjoying an evening’s entertainment at a top
nightclub venue.”
